When we install CCTV or other surveillance equipment at your property, the footage and data captured by that system belongs to you, the property owner/occupier – MH CCTV does not access, store, or monitor footage from systems we’ve installed unless you specifically engage us for remote monitoring or AMC support that requires it, and only for the purpose of that support.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding surveillance of your own premises, including any signage or consent requirements for areas where employees, tenants, or the public may be recorded.

  • Technicians and field staff carrying out your site visit or installation
  • Equipment manufacturers or distributors where needed for warranty registration or support
